The Best contribution by Telework to European Competitiveness
This award was given to IBM Belgium/Luxembourg, on the basis that they had achieved a very significant penetration of new working practice, ensuring that telework is now the norm. In addition that had documented the project and had external evaluations so that others could clearly benefit from the experience gained.
